Corporate Meeting Room, Amazon Singapore Office
A video-call meeting room in Amazon's Singapore office at Marina Bay. We covered the walls from floor to ceiling with our fabric track panel system in a fabric called Champagne, so calls sound clearer and the room looks much the same.

The problem
The meeting room is used all day for video calls. Its smooth walls and glass made voices echo, so people on the other end heard a boxy, hollow sound.
The team wanted a fix that would not change the look of the room. They also needed clear visuals to share inside the company before they could say yes.
What we installed
We visited the room first and matched a fabric to the wall colour on site. Then we sent a short video walk-through, a full plan with 3D visuals, and product details. We gave two options: strips of panels on the walls, or full wall coverage. The team chose full wall coverage.
We used our fabric track panel system. Slim tracks go on the existing walls, and fabric is stretched over an acoustic core inside them. Everything is cut to size on site, so the walls look seamless with fine joins only. The fabric is called Champagne, the closest match to the old wall colour. We then mounted the TV and video bar back on top.
The install took two working days during office hours. We picked days with no events in the space or next door, worked with a permit to work and a building escort, and kept the doors closed. The noisy work was kept mostly to day one. There was no smell, as nothing is painted or glued on site.
The result
Every wall now soaks up sound instead of bouncing it back, in a colour so close to the old wall that the room looks almost the same as before.
