Why are some costs separate?

Because every room is different. A flat wall in a home office needs nothing extra. A restaurant with a 5 m ceiling may need a scaffold. If we added that cost to every panel, small jobs would pay for big ones. Standard fixings are included, so simple jobs stay simple.

Scaffolds and high ceilings

If the ceiling is too high for a ladder, we need a mobile scaffold. The cost depends on the height and how easy the space is to reach. It is quoted as one line for the job, not per panel. See high-ceiling installs.

Night and Sunday work

Restaurants, clinics and offices often want the work done when they are closed. We work Monday to Saturday in working hours; night and Sunday installs are possible with a surcharge, quoted case by case. You see that cost on the quote before we book.

Custom sizes, shapes and prints

Standard panels are 1200 × 600 mm in 39 colours. Odd sizes, curves or your own printed artwork cost more. Like all our panels, they are made to order in about 4–6 weeks. Printed panels can carry your logo or artwork. See custom print panels.

Standard fixings are included. Choosing any of our 39 colours costs nothing extra. Quotes from photos are free, and flat wall panels at ladder height need no special kit.

How to keep extras low

Use standard 1200 × 600 mm panels where you can. Fix panels flat instead of hanging them, if the ceiling height allows. Book installation during normal hours. Do several rooms at once so the team and any scaffold are used well.

Questions to ask about any quote

Is installation included in the panel price? Are fixings included? Is a scaffold needed, and what does it cost? Is night or weekend work extra? Is delivery included? Ask every supplier the same questions so you compare like with like.

What we see on real jobs

We would rather show a scaffold as its own line than hide it in the panel price. A separate line makes the quote easier to check and to take to a boss or church council.
